The dominionists have started a drive to redefine a person in such a way that birth control is outlawed.  So far, we've caught them in many backhanded and unlawful attempts to destroy the separation of church and state (such as using state funds to fund Dobson's organization here in Florida).  This time, instead of trying to attack the separation of church and state directly, they're trying to use state law to force people to live to THEIR ideology.

While this attempt doesn't look like it could go too far, at the same time unless people step up and fight against it, it COULD become law.  It's just part of the Dominionist attempt to bring Theocracy to this country.  I think that they may be putting out these little attempts until people get sick of the topics and start ignoring them- and then they'd get the laws passed and start winning.
