Rifqa Bary being sent back to Ohio now
I expect that she's going to have a rough time ahead, as will her family. The sort of "Christianity" it appears she's been immersed in would be offensive to her family (very aggressive, ideological, and dogmatic) and I expect that she'll face pressure to "go back" to her family's faith. This sounds like a ready-made recipe for family conflict, and I would really like to see how it turns out. My hope is that out of this comes some respect for differences in religion (and more religious tolerance)! Of course, there is a lot left out in this article, and I wonder if she's starting to think for herself, or if she's still following the preacher's brainwashing.
