Today on DefCon's web-based chat with TTA contributor Michelle Goldberg, Michelle identified the war on an independent judiciary as the more grave short-term threat to the republic among the many dangerous projects, programs and influences of the Christian Right.

While listening, I thought, "Where would I refer people who wanted to learn more about the Christian Right's war against the judiciary?"

Of course, TTA in general was the first resource that came to mind. However, upon visiting TTA today, I again saw that many posts on various topics have been distilled into topic groups. There are now 4 special Site Sections, once of which, conveniently, is "War on Judicial Independence." And among the topic options in the search menu is, "Attack on the Judiciary."
