Dover, Ohio, Utah.....We knew going into this fight that the religious right was going to take it to every front they could. We also knew, and still know, that despite American's dedication to their faith, the field of science, or both, parents want their children to learn facts, not religious ideology, in the science classroom.

However our success surprises even us. The challenge to intelligent design has not only resulted in victories for science in states across the country, it has also sent a shudder through the religious right, who once again have repackaged creationism from "intelligent design" to the even more ambiguous phrase "critical analysis."

Anyway, congrats to everyone who took action. We are forging ahead, and gaining momentum with every step -- and state for that matter.
