Two DefCon Advisory Board members, former NARAL Pro-Choice America president Kate Michelman and distinguished Duke University law professor Erwin Chemerinsky, will join DefCon at 2 p.m. EST today, to discuss the threat posed by Judge Alito.
Both Michelman and Chemerinsky testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on January 13, highlighting Alito's record on personal freedom and Presidential power.

Been on some type of talk radio recently on the Alito Nomination ?

If so it would be good to know ( and link to ).  Online chat allows much deeper, more considered conversation, yes,  but listening to humans actually speak has a magic all its own.
