James Dobson devoted two half-hour radio shows to his post-Obama victory thoughts along with a cadre of six other religious conservatives.  Here is a brief summary of their discussion...
We're sad...

Oh, so sad...

Look at all those shiny happy people cheering for Obama...

But we can't join in -- though we'd really, really like to -- because he's a commie socialist baby killer...

We're sad...

But, we're oh so happy too, because we stuck it to those evil homosexuals in Arizona, Oklahoma, Florida, and -- Lord have mercy -- even California...

Praise God for that miracle, even though for some reason his miraculous powers didn't help John McCain beat Obama (and did we mention that Obama's a commie socialist baby killer?)

But God must have a plan, even though for the life of us we can't understand it...

So, so sad...

P.S.  We shall choose to ignore the two anti-abortion ballot initiatives we lost, since we're too sad to talk about them.

Sure a lot of anger and hate out there. And a lot of self-anointed prophets, too. If God is paying attention (I am a Deist and do not believe he/she/it is involved in our petty squabbles), I wonder what he/she/it is thinking.
