However the commemoration of our nation's independence - which starts for some today -  is the perfect time to celebrate and reflect upon the religious freedom we have. 

Reflect, upon it and protect it.

And by the way when I say religious freedom, that means freedom of religion  for all, including the right for some to choose to have no religion at all! And I guess I do need to add "Freedom of religion that does not violate the rights of another human being, whether that human be adult or child.

But there are some in America that believe that America should be a Theocracy.

They  say that America is a "Christian"nation,  but even among those who identify as Christian,  they define anyone who does not accept their dogma as not being Christian..as being Satanic  and Godless.

These people believe that the USA  that should be ruled by "Christian"  laws, by which the mean to include "Old testament Laws".

These people have a lot of money and access to the powerful in the United States.

They mean to take over America..and "rule it in God's name".

Some will openly say that. Many will not.

So I  am taking part in something called a Blogswarm.
